Managing your subscription
Your Convertly subscription is managed through Paddle — our payment provider. You can view your plan, update payment details, download invoices, and cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Accessing billing settings
Go to Dashboard → Account. The Subscription section shows your current plan, status (Active / Cancelled / Past Due), and next renewal date. Click 'Manage subscription' to open the Paddle billing portal where you can change your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.
Updating payment information
In the Paddle billing portal (accessible via 'Manage subscription' in your account), click on your payment method to update your card details. Changes take effect immediately for the next billing cycle. You'll receive a confirmation email when your payment method is updated.
Viewing invoices and billing history
All invoices are available in the Paddle billing portal. Each invoice includes the billing date, amount, and plan. You can download invoices as PDFs for accounting purposes. Invoices are also emailed to your account address after each successful payment.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the billing portal (Dashboard → Account → 'Manage subscription'). When you cancel, you keep full access to your current plan until the end of the billing period — you won't lose any features mid-cycle. After the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan (3 quizzes, 50 leads/month).
Full control!
You have complete control over your Convertly subscription. Update payment details, download invoices, or cancel — all from the billing portal. Contact support@convertly.buzz if you have any billing questions.
