Managing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings > Billing in your Convertly dashboard to access your subscription management area. Here you can view your current plan, next billing date, payment method, and billing history. This is your central hub for all subscription-related actions and information.

Keep your payment method current to avoid service interruptions. In billing settings, click 'Update Payment Method' to change your credit card or payment details. Updates are encrypted and secure. When you update payment info, the new method is used for all future billing cycles. You'll receive confirmation when changes are saved.

Access all past invoices in your billing section. Each invoice shows the billing date, amount charged, plan type, and payment method. Download invoices as PDFs for accounting or expense reporting. Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment and emailed to your account email address.

You can cancel or downgrade your Pro or Business subscription anytime from billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period—you keep access until then. After cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free plan with limits (1 published quiz, 25 leads/month). Downgrading from Business to Pro removes Business-only features like API/custom domain/team roles.
