Usage Limits and Quotas
Understanding your plan's limits helps you make the most of Convertly and know when it's time to upgrade. This guide explains quiz limits, lead caps, and how quotas work on Free, Pro, and Business.
Free Plan Limits
The Free plan includes 1 published quiz and captures up to 25 leads per month. Once you reach 25 leads in a calendar month, new quiz submissions won't be recorded until the next month begins. You can still collect unlimited responses - they just won't save as leads. Questions, answer options, and score ranges are unlimited even on the free plan.
Pro Plan Benefits
Pro plans have no limits on quizzes or leads. Create unlimited quizzes and capture unlimited submissions every month. This removes growth constraints and lets you scale lead generation without worrying about caps. Pro plans also include unlimited questions per quiz, unlimited score ranges, and unlimited email notifications.
Business Plan Benefits
Business includes everything in Pro with the same unlimited quizzes and leads, plus enterprise-style options like API access, custom domains/branding, and team roles. Choose Business when you need more control or collaboration on top of Pro's limits.
What Happens When You Hit Limits
On the Free plan, when you reach 25 leads in a month, new quiz completions still work but won't save as leads in your dashboard. Quiz takers still see their results and receive result emails. You'll see a warning in your dashboard as you approach limits. The limit resets on the first day of each calendar month.
Stay Within Limits!
Understanding your plan limits ensures uninterrupted lead generation. Monitor usage regularly and upgrade to Pro when limits become a constraint on your growth.
