Viewing Your Leads
Every time someone completes your quiz, their information is captured as a lead. This guide shows you how to access, review, and manage all your quiz leads in one central dashboard.
Accessing Your Leads
Navigate to the 'Leads' section from your dashboard sidebar. You'll see a table displaying all leads from all your quizzes. The table shows the lead's name, email, quiz name, score, score range result, and submission date. Leads are sorted by most recent first.
Understanding Lead Information
Each lead entry shows the quiz they completed, their total score, and which score range they fell into (e.g., 'Beginner', 'Advanced'). You can also see when they submitted the quiz. This information helps you qualify and prioritize follow-up. High scorers or specific result segments may warrant different outreach strategies.
Filtering and Searching
Use the table to quickly scan recent leads. You can see which quiz generated each lead, making it easy to track performance across multiple quizzes. The dashboard preview shows your latest 10 leads, while the full Leads page shows all leads with pagination for easy browsing.
Lead Notifications
When a new lead submits your quiz, you'll receive an email notification (if you're on a plan that allows it). The lead also receives an email with their results. This immediate notification helps you follow up quickly while the prospect is still engaged with your content.
